Hi all, my T. rex Pro is not updating live weather to the watch face itself.

Hi all, my T. rex Pro is not updating live weather to the watch face itself. Only when I open the Zepp app does it update. It will then be there for an hour or so then disappearing. I am using it with iOS. Have tried all solutions I can find online - app location always on, permission to run in background, no battery limitations I can find, no low power mode etc. Any suggestions welcome. Thanks in advance
Top Comment: It is a problem of the weather service to which the amazfits are hooked. Several localities are absent (especially little-known or not-so-large villages). To see the location changed in my weather, I moved several kilometers to a larger country. I reported it in every possible way: with tiket, on twitter, on instagram, on facebook, by email. Do it yourself and point out that the weather is buggy, if it reports only one person they will not pay us much attention but if there are many of us they could improve the service.
